    Drag crmFLEX to your Applications folder

    Right-click → Open on first launch (a one-time step for apps downloaded outside the App Store)

Windows

    Run the downloaded crmFLEX Setup .exe file

    If SmartScreen appears, choose More info → Run anyway

  3. 3

    Follow the installer, then launch crmFLEX from the Start menu
